When I access the store, the application crashes and don't let me play the game, what can I do ?

Hey there.
Are you on Android or iOS? If you are on Android make sure you have the latest version of the application.
When it crashes, don't hesitate to send the report back to the devs.

Yep, its Android and I downloaded the game from the google store so I guess it's updated, if not, is there a way to auto update?
I'm running it on a BQ Aquaris 5.7 with the Android 4.2.1, I also sent the reports to the devs.

I managed to see what version of the game i have and it says version 1.17 is it the latest?

Cheeta, check back on the store, if the version there is the version you have, it's the latest one.

There is a bug that describes what you are experiencing: black screen, app is slow and crashes.

Meanwhile there is a fix, try to wait 5 seconds every time you come back to the home menu, specially before going to the map!
Keep us in the loop.

Thanks for the reports !

If you want to make sure you have the latest version, go on the store : if there is an upgrade button you do not have the latest version, if there is an open button you have the latest version =)
